Skilled Nursing Care

Our licensed nurses (RNs and LPNs) deliver individualized, high-quality clinical care to children with medical complexities. We provide comprehensive in-home nursing designed to support safety, comfort, and stability while helping families manage their child’s ongoing medical needs. Our team follows physician-ordered care plans and adheres to the highest standards of pediatric nursing.


Services include:

  • Medication administration and management
  • Tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Enteral and parenteral feeding support
  • Seizure management and neurological monitoring
  • Coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

We provide dependable, nurturing assistance with daily living to enhance each child’s independence, comfort, and overall quality of life at home. Our caregivers support families by helping children complete essential routines safely while encouraging growth, confidence, and participation in their daily environment.

  • Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Mobility, positioning, and transfer support
  • Companionship and supervision
  • Light homemaking and meal prep
  • Respite care for families

Our Behavioral Health Support services help children stay safe, regulated, and successful in their daily routines. Under the GAPP program, our trained Behavioral Support Aides work under BCBA guidance to reinforce positive behaviors, reduce challenging behaviors, and promote stability at home and in the community.


Services include:

  • Behavior support and implementation of the BCBA-developed plan
  • Direct skill reinforcement and structured daily routines
  • Redirection, de-escalation, and safety-focused support
  • Social and functional skill practice
  • Parent support and modeling of behavior strategies
  • Coordination with the supervising BCBA and other care providers

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Our Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program provides adaptive behavior services designed to help each child build meaningful skills and thrive at home and in the community. Our clinicians use evidence-based, individualized treatment plans to support communication, independence, and emotional regulation.


Services include:

  • Comprehensive behavioral assessments
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • 1:1 adaptive behavior treatment with trained RBT
  • BCBA-led treatment planning & ongoing supervision
  • Social, communication, and daily-living skill development
  • Collaboration with schools, therapists, and medical providers

Family Caregiver Options

In addition to skilled nursing, we also offer a parent or family caregiver option

  • “Get Paid to Be a Caregiver” programs — parents or family members may qualify to be trained and paid as the primary caregiver for their medically fragile child
  • Ongoing caregiver education and support to ensure families feel empowered in their role
