What is GAPP?

The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid-funded program offering free in-home skilled nursing care for children under 21 who are medically fragile. This includes services for those with Katie Beckett Waivers, which base eligibility on the child’s medical needs—not household income.

Services We Provide

  • Skilled Nursing (RN & LPN)
  • Personal Care Assistance (ADLs)
  • G-Tube and Catheter Care
  • Mobility Assistance
  • Respiratory Treatments
  • And More

Getting Started is Easy

  1. We visit your home to complete consent forms and gather required documents.
  2. We submit your application to GAPP for approval (takes up to 30 days).
  3. Once approved, we contact you to begin care. If denied, we guide you through the appeal process.

Private Insurance?

  1. We also verify eligibility and benefits for Private Duty Nursing. Prior authorization typically takes 5–14 days.
